All cancellations must be made in writing at least 2 weeks before the date of the reservation. Depending on the venue terms, there may be cancellation and other fees.

Your Venue House representative is available to resolve any problems you experience during your reservation.

Once your reservation agreement is signed, the venue booking dates are secured.

Security deposits are set by venue owners and vary from property to property. Please check with the Venue House representative for deposit requirements.

Venue House’s partnered venues accept major credit cards, ACH and bank checks.
