We take our guests’ health seriously. That’s why we’ve provided our host with the following COVID-19

All Venue House properties are always maintained to the highest possible standards of cleanliness and hygiene. We require our hosts to do the following before each new guest arrives:
Listing your venue on our site is free of charge. However, Venue House levies a commission fee for each booking made.
Kindly notify your Venue House representative if you need to modify or cancel a reservation.
Your venue is safeguarded from guest damage in accordance with the booking agreement’s terms. Any damages or charges will be evaluated and billed accordingly.
Venue House advertises listed venues via their user-friendly online platform, in-house marketing efforts, and regional sales team.
In the event of a dispute, Venue House representatives collaborate with clients and venue owners to achieve a resolution.
We carefully choose the reservations and premium bookings we accept, ensuring that they meet our criteria and providing secure and appropriate bookings.
If you accept third-party reservations, it is your obligation to keep your listing’s availability current with your Venue House representative. Our system cannot accommodate double-booked reservations, and we collaborate with hosts to arrange scheduling.
Certainly, you may request a security deposit, and we will correspond with the reserved client to settle any charges and damages that may arise.
The venue owner is responsible for retaining the security deposit, and all payment processing is directly managed by the venue owner. Venue House does not handle payments.
Certainly, extra cleaning fees may be evaluated and deducted from the security deposit.
