An 11,000-square-foot, five-story townhouse in the heart of Chelsea — designed less like a venue and more like a private residence with a recording studio's attention to sound. Originally based in SoHo as World of McIntosh, the space now serves as the flagship experience center for the McIntosh Group, with curated listening rooms showcasing McIntosh , Sonus faber , Pro-Ject , and Sumiko audio throughout. A private glass elevator connects all five floors. Inside: a home theater, a listening lounge, a chef's kitchen opening onto a private garden, a main entertaining floor, and a rooftop terrace with skyline views. Capacity tops out at 100 guests, making it equally suited to intimate elopements, executive offsites, product launches, brand activations, holiday parties, film and photo shoots, and XR or virtual productions.
