Bowery Whitebox

A former art gallery in move-in condition, Bowery Whitebox offers 6,610 square feet across three levels in the heart of the Bowery's museum row — directly across from the New Museum of Contemporary Art. Soaring 25-foot ceilings and a dramatic two-story glass frontage give the ground floor rare vertical presence, while polished concrete floors, gallery track lighting, and clean white walls make the entire space an immediate canvas for exhibitions, launches, and brand takeovers. The ground floor (approx. 2,950 SF) flows to a daylight second level (approx. 1,950 SF) with exposed ceilings and oversized windows over the Bowery, plus a lower level (approx. 1,710 SF) served by a private elevator. Set within a new luxury condominium building and surrounded by neighbors like the New Museum, Supreme, Kith, Aesop, and The Hole, the location brings constant, culture-forward foot traffic.
